Booking and Appointments
All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or authorized platforms.
A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and online payment systems.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to provide the highest quality steam cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess the issue and may offer a re-clean at no extra cost, subject to inspection.
Customer Responsibilities
Remove fragile or valuable items from service areas.
Ensure pets and children are kept at a safe distance during service.
Notify us of any pre-existing damage, stains, or concerns before cleaning.
