Booking and Appointments

• All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or authorized platforms.

• Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

• Satisfaction Guarantee

  We aim to provide the highest quality steam cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess the issue and may offer a re-clean at no extra cost, subject to inspection.
